About Dr. Saudi
Like so many Black and Latina women who have come before me, I make magic happen at small organizations doing the most with the least. Between 2011 and 2019, I facilitated anti-racist cultural work and social justice organizing in Rhode Island, New York & Dominican Republic. Since 2021, I've led In Cultured Company, a narrative change and leadership development organization that has reached tens of thousands of individuals by building bridges of compassion, understanding and justice between Dominicans and Haitians. I transformed the organization from a dormant S-Corp to a horizontally organized 501c3, reworking its public branding, programs, and leadership structure in the process.
More recently, I joined Scholars for Social Justice as its first Program Director. There, I built the organization's systems, standard operating procedures, programs and public facing community engagement initiatives. As a consultant, I pair my PhD-level analytical training with the hands-on, scrappy executive skills of a dedicated doer.
